Had Potato My Way this evening at my daughter’s softball games. Loaded Mac n cheese and a loaded potato. We got the brisket on both. And man. 🤤 I would 100% recommend this food truck!!! I didn’t get pictures because I was wrapped up in the games. But it won’t be my last time eating their food. And the owner was so helpful and sweet! Check them out!!

Our family ordered a large order tonight, trying this business for the first time. We were very happy with all the dishes we ordered. We had loaded Mac, loaded fries, and street tacos. Everything was soo good, hot and fresh. We ordered to go so we could take it home and although this isn’t a big big deal, I appreciated the way things were packed, no mess!! We will definitely be back soon.

Decided to try Potato My Way and it turned out to be a great choice. I ordered one loaded baked potatoes, with brisket and one asada loaded fries Both were amazing and meat was well seasoned (brisket was our favorite).Good portion size for the price. Workers were very friendly and quick too. Will return again!
